By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the apps. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or extract the source code of the apps, or use any part of the apps or our trademarks in any way. You are also not allowed to translate the apps into other languages or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the apps remain the property of wowkwis.

Wowkwis is committed to ensuring that our apps are as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to make changes to the apps or to charge for their services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the apps or their services without making it clear what you are paying for.

Our apps store and process personal data that you provide to us to deliver our services. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the apps secure. We recommend not jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this could compromise your phone’s security features and prevent the apps from working correctly.

Please be aware that certain functions of the apps require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. Wowkwis cannot take responsibility if the apps do not work at full functionality without an internet connection or if you have exhausted your data allowance.

If you use the apps outside of an area with Wi-Fi, your mobile network provider's terms will still apply. This may result in charges from your mobile provider for data usage while accessing the apps, including roaming charges if you use the apps outside your home region or country without turning off data roaming. You are responsible for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have permission from the bill payer to use the apps.

Wowkwis is not responsible for how you use the apps, including ensuring your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot use the apps, wowkwis is not liable.

While we strive to keep the apps updated and accurate, we rely on third parties for information and cannot accept liability for any direct or indirect loss from relying on the apps' functionality.

We may update the apps, and their system requirements may change. You will need to download updates to continue using the apps. Wowkwis does not guarantee that the apps will always work with the iOS version on your device. You agree to accept updates when offered. We may stop providing the apps and terminate their use at any time without notice. Upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; and (b) you must stop using the apps and delete them from your device if necessary.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
